StryvRevenue is a specialized outbound sales agency founded in 2024 by its founder, Michael.
They operate as a long term, integrated partner for clients, focused on building and running outbound systems that generate continuous lead flow and new business opportunities.

Context
StryvRevenue was building its outbound capability from the ground up while needing fast results for a major client in the US talent acquisition sector.
After hiring their first SDR, the priority became creating a scalable, repeatable system that could generate leads continuously, support multi channel execution, and enable the team to operate the motion internally over time.
What was the problem?
Lack of technical and AI tool knowledge The team had strong sales experience, but lacked the in house expertise to build an advanced outbound system using modern AI and automation. This limited speed and execution quality in a crowded market with deliverability constraints.
Need for a multichannel approach Simple email or cold calling was not enough to differentiate in a competitive market. They needed a sophisticated multi touch approach across channels to stand out and convert.
Need for a scalable system that could be internalized The founder wanted a system that produced results quickly, supported a developing SDR team, and could be handed over in house within a defined partnership period.
The approach we took
1. Strategy and ICP analysis
Completed a deep analysis of ICP, market conditions, and goals to design a custom outbound process for their core client
Built a plan integrating scraping, data collection, LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and CRM workflows
Centralized orchestration in Clay to keep the system structured and scalable
2. Data enrichment and ABM targeting
Implemented a dual campaign strategy aligned to two buying motions
Direct hires campaign targeted companies actively hiring using intent signals from Indeed
Indirect hires campaign targeted Talent and HR leaders at enterprise companies with 200 plus employees
Layered additional experiments such as Clutch targeting, lookalikes via Ocean.io, and intent based triggers to expand opportunity capture
3. Channel and infrastructure setup
Built multichannel infrastructure across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Email infrastructure included 30 inboxes across 10 domains to support 23,100 emails per month
LinkedIn execution used four profiles with a capacity of 2,000 messages per month
Cold calling was supported through a Kixie to HubSpot integration feeding leads directly into SDR power dialers
4. Structured testing and scaling
Executed campaign specific workflows
Direct hires used SerperDev API queries to gather large volumes of relevant contacts
Ran a two path outreach flow with Smartlead for email sends and Kixie for contacts without valid emails
Indirect hires followed a multichannel sequence starting with a cold call, then cascading based on ICP priority
Top tier ICP received hand written letters, LinkedIn, and email sequencing
Lower tier ICP received LinkedIn plus email or email only sequences
Continued testing across channels including Scribeless letters, voice messages via La Growth Machine, and video via Sendspark
5. CRM connection and pipeline tracking
Connected all tools into a single workflow and routed replies from all channels into a dedicated Slack channel for instant SDR visibility
Enabled real time HubSpot updates, including live updates directly from the Kixie power dialer
Built unified SDR lead management with centralized access to lead details and automated CRM record creation and updates
