Whitelabelcoders is a WordPress-focused software development business.

Their goal was to open new conversations with bigger accounts, which requires sharper positioning and higher-quality personalization than typical cold outreach.

What was the problem?

They were starting outbound from scratch and needed a combined email and LinkedIn system that could reliably generate high-quality calls.

They also needed a way to stand out in crowded inboxes and make the outreach feel immediately relevant to each prospect.

The Approach we took:

  • Built the outbound motion from zero: We structured a coordinated email + LinkedIn approach designed to produce consistent conversations rather than one-off spikes.
  • Anchored the message in a strong hook: We positioned outreach around their Algolia collaboration and focused on demonstrating tangible value tied to site search performance.
  • Automated a 1:1 lead magnet per prospect company: We used a web crawler (Claygent) to analyze each prospect’s website and identify how Algolia search could be implemented. We pulled those insights into Clay and generated a custom document per company using ChatGPT and Gemini so each prospect received something uniquely relevant.
  • Executed multi-channel outreach with personalization at the center: We launched outreach using Smartlead, Heyreach, and Instantly, ensuring every message referenced the prospect’s site and the personalized document, not generic claims.
  • Kept the system scalable: The process was designed so personalization stayed high even as volume increased, without requiring manual work per account.

Results:

Whitelabelcoders began generating 15 to 30 new calls per month with the new outbound system. The personalization engine also helped them enter conversations with several large clients that had previously been difficult to reach.
